App Modules

Growth Mirror – Reflect on experiences and get a grade

Description:
The Growth Mirror lets you share a real-life experience and instantly see how your response measures up on the A–F Growth Levels scale. The coach explains why you received that grade, points out one strength, and offers one improvement step to move closer to an A.

Sample Scenario:

User: My partner criticized how I handle money. I got defensive and shut down, avoiding the topic for the rest of the night.”

AI Response:

  1. Grade: C (average)
  2. Why this fits: Responsibility (low), Emotional Control (medium), Awareness (low), Communication (low), Outcome (neutral/avoidant).
  3. Level Up: A-level response would acknowledge the feedback, share your perspective openly, and work toward a joint financial plan.
  4. Coaching Tip: Avoidance protects in the short-term but prevents solutions; clarity builds trust.

Concept Match – Connect your thoughts to book principles

Description:
The Concept Match helps you map your thoughts or feelings to the book’s core lessons. The coach identifies 3–5 relevant concepts and explains why they apply, bringing the content to life in your daily experiences.

Sample:
User: “I’ve been spending hours on social media and feel unmotivated.”
AI Coach:

Concepts Matched:

  • Needs – You may be seeking quick validation.
  • Paradigms – The habit shapes your outlook and focus.
  • Execution – Time management is being compromised.
  • Self-Discipline – Opportunity to strengthen daily habits.

Principle Reminders – Quick refreshers on core principles

Description:
Principle Reminders give you short, actionable refreshers on the book’s key principles. Each reminder includes a definition, why it matters, an example, one action step, and a reflection question.

Sample:
User: “Remind me about childhood wounds.”
AI Coach:

  • Definition: Unresolved emotional injuries from childhood that shape behaviors.
  • Why It Matters: Ignoring wounds can lead to unhealthy patterns.
  • Mini Example: Fear of abandonment causing clinginess in relationships.
  • Action Step: Identify one wound and journal about how it shows up today.
  • Reflection Question: How does this wound affect your current decisions?

Draft Messages as a High Value Person – Communicate with clarity and respect

Description: This feature drafts messages as an A-level, high-value person would write them—clear, confident, and respectful. You can also compare how other grades (B, C, D, F) would respond to better see the differences.

Sample Scenario:

User Says- “My boss criticized my work in front of everyone during the meeting. What’s the best way to respond?.”

AI Coach Response:

  • A – Excellence (High-Value): “Hi [Boss], I wanted to follow up on yesterday’s meeting. I value your feedback and I’m committed to improving. In the future, I’d appreciate discussing concerns privately so I can address them more effectively. Thank you for your guidance.”
    ✅ Calm, professional, self-respecting, solution-oriented.

  • B – Above Average: “Hi [Boss], I understand your feedback in the meeting and I’ll make the adjustments. In the future, could we discuss issues one-on-one? It would help me respond better.”
✅ Respectful, but a little defensive in tone.

  • C – Average: “I didn’t think my work was that bad, but I’ll try to fix it. Next time, I hope you can tell me earlier so I don’t get embarrassed.”
⚠️ Reactive, avoids full responsibility, indirect.

  • D – Mediocre: “I don’t see why you had to call me out in front of everyone. That was unprofessional. I’ll do the work, but I didn’t deserve that.”
    ⚠️ Defensive, blame-shifting, creates friction.

  • F – Failure: “Don’t ever embarrass me like that again. If you have a problem, keep it to yourself.”
❌ Aggressive, disrespectful, risks the relationship/job.

Solutions – Find root causes and clear next steps

Description: The Solutions feature helps you uncover possible root causes behind your struggles and suggests simple, practical next steps to move forward.

Sample Scenario: User says- “I get jealous whenever my partner talks to other people, even though I know they aren’t doing anything wrong.”

AI Coach Response (Solutions):

1. Feeling Restated: You feel jealous and insecure when your partner interacts with others, even if you logically know nothing harmful is happening.

2. Possible Causes :Childhood Wounds → Fear of abandonment or rejection being triggered.

  • Poor Self-Image → Doubting your own worth, which makes others feel like competition.
  • Poisoned Subconscious → Past betrayals or negative cultural messages shaping how you view relationships.

3. Why It Happens: Jealousy is a common reaction when old fears or insecurities resurface. It doesn’t always reflect your partner’s actions — often it’s about unresolved inner patterns.

4. Possible Solutions: If Childhood Wounds: Practice self-reassurance and remind yourself of your current reality (you are not that abandoned child anymore).

  • If Poor Self-Image: Strengthen self-worth with daily affirmations and small wins that reinforce your value.
  • If Poisoned Subconscious: Identify and challenge negative stories from past experiences. Write out: “What happened then is not happening now.”

5. Quick Example: Ana shared her jealousy with her partner, and together they created reassurance rituals. Over time, the fear lost its grip.

6. Reflection Question: If you trusted your own value completely, how would your reaction in these moments be different?

Micro-Coaching Sessions – Ask and get quick guidance

Description:
In a micro-coaching session, you ask how to handle a situation, and the coach gives you short, direct, and actionable advice rooted in the book’s framework.

Sample:
User: “How should I handle feeling nervous before a big presentation?”
AI Coach:

  • Advice: Prepare with breathing exercises, remind yourself of past wins, and focus on delivering value instead of being judged.
